Project Summary
Broadside was approached to build a leadership assessment tool based on T.P Wong, PhD & Don Page PhD’s years of research. The tool comprised of a self-assessment and/or a 360° leadership profile for supervisors measuring both positive and negative leadership characteristics. They both consisted of 62 questions with advanced backend database logic based on the research’s algorithms, as well as the option to print an invoice.
