Homecraft Manufacturing - E-Commerce & Online Marketing

Project Summary

Homecraft Manufacturing, based in Surrey, BC, manufactures North America’s top “ready to go” pre-fabricated cedar sauna kits and steam rooms, easily assembled by your average do-it-yourselfer. We developed an e-commerce website with an integrated content management system (CMS) for Homecraft. This allows them user-friendly control of updating their website content, including their inventory. We also created a custom training manual to supplement in-person training on the CMS to ensure ease of use.

On the internet marketing front, which is an ongoing effort we are actively maintaining, we’ve completed a wide range of SEO-related services. Just a few of them include optimizing the site with location-specific pages, and targeting local search terms, which has already yielded tangible results (these results change month to month, but for those interested in this process, we’re happy to explain in more detail). We also completed a link-building campaign which increased the site’s link popularity and pages indexed on search engines, as well as increased traffic and rankings.

After several conversations, we created a customized optimization package which was designed to achieve their ranking goals and also fit the client’s budget including a full targeted keyword analysis on all their major terms. We blended these into the final list of keywords to drive highly pre-qualified visitors to their site, ensuring a good return on their investment.
