Project Summary
Broadside Media currently designs, builds and manages a corporate newsletter featuring coupon promotions, industry updates and customer feedback surveys on a monthly basis. After seeing great success and real results to their bottom line, PICS Smartcard came to Broadside Media again for help in redesigning their corporate website to promote a strong brand image which sales representatives would be proud to send out to customers. Additionally, they needed to organize a large volume of information and promote strong calls to action for inbound sales leads. We streamlined the new website’s flow and content in a way that focused on the client’s perspective rather than that of the organization. The website was built into the Drupal Content Management System (CMS) to allow the client to easily make future updates to text and content while integrating the site with the existing email marketing campaign, interstitial page linking to their e-commerce portal and scalability for future expansion with live chat, and social media adaption.
